Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method and Transit Time
Orders ship using standard shipping. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after your order ships, but delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays
Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier time to update scanning and movement.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email embernotescandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.
