Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee
A flat $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange or store credit amount. We do not provide prepaid return labels outside of this flat-rate return program.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item when available.

What Is Not Eligible
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or burned products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Orders reported after the 14-day window

  • Scent preference or “changed mind” requests

How to Start a Return
Email embernotescandles@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Order Number]. Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Store Credit and Exchanges
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
